Common use of Return of Confidential Information and Materials Clause in Contracts

Return of Confidential Information and Materials. Employee shall, immediately upon AXOGEN’s request, or the termination of Employee’s employment, for any reason, whether by Employee or AXOGEN, return to AXOGEN all Confidential Information and other materials furnished to Employee, and any and all third-party property, and/or copies of the same, and all documentation, notebooks and notes, reports and any other materials whether electronic or print media containing or derived from the Confidential Information and other materials furnished to Employee by AXOGEN.
