Failure to return signed contract will render contract void and puppy will not be released until signed contract is received, provided it is received no later than one week (7 days) after puppy turned seven (7) weeks old. After that time, the Breeder may sell the dog to another party without further obligation to this Buyer. In that case, Breeder will return any already-paid purchase price to Buyer MINUS the deposit.
