Designated Time definition

Designated Time shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5 of the Agreement.

Designated Time means, with respect to each jurisdiction, the time specified in Schedule 1.1(b).

Designated Time means, in respect of an application for Units or a Withdrawal Request (as the case may be), the time during each Business Day designated from time to time by the Responsible Entity pursuant to clause 7.11 or clause 8.11 (as the case may be). More Definitions of Designated Time

Designated Time is the time specified by the Transfer Agent and agreed to by Citibank.
