  • Return of Data In the event of the termination of Executive’s employment with Company for any reason whatsoever, Executive agrees to deliver promptly to Company all formulas, correspondence, reports, computer programs and similar items, customer lists, marketing and sales data and all other materials pertaining to Confidential Information, and all copies thereof, obtained by Executive during the period of Executive’s employment with Company which are in Executive’s possession or under his control. Executive further agrees that Executive will not make or retain any copies of any of the foregoing and will so represent to Company upon termination of his employment.

  • Return of Confidential Material Executive shall promptly ------------------------------- deliver to the Company on termination of Executive's employment with the Company, whether or not for Cause and whatever the reason, or at any time the Company may so request, all memoranda, notes, records, reports, manuals, drawings, blueprints, Confidential Information and any other documents of a confidential nature belonging to the Company, including all copies of such materials which Executive may then possess or have under Executive's control.   • Return of Records BISYS may at its option at any time, and shall promptly upon the Trust's demand, turn over to the Trust and cease to retain BISYS' files, records and documents created and maintained by BISYS pursuant to this Agreement which are no longer needed by BISYS in the performance of its services or for its legal protection. If not so turned over to the Trust, such documents and records will be retained by BISYS for six years from the year of creation. At the end of such six-year period, such records and documents will be turned over to the Trust unless the Trust authorizes in writing the destruction of such records and documents.

  • Tax Return Information By the 31st day of March of each Fiscal Year of the Partnership, the General Partner, at the expense of the Partnership, shall cause to be delivered to the Limited Partners such information as shall be necessary (including a statement for that year of each Limited Partner’s share of net income, net gains, net losses and other items of the Partnership for the preceding Fiscal Year) for the preparation by the Limited Partners of their Federal, state and local income and other tax returns.

  • Consent to Receive Information in English By accepting the Award, you confirm having read and understood the Plan and the Agreement, which were provided in the English language. You accept the terms of those documents accordingly.

  • Return of Customer Data Okta shall return Customer Data to Customer and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, delete Customer Data in accordance with the procedures and time periods specified in the Trust & Compliance Documentation, unless the retention of the data is requested from Okta according to mandatory statutory laws.

  • Return of Documents In the event of the termination of Executive's employment for any reason, Executive shall deliver to the Company all of the property of the Company and its Affiliates and the non-personal documents and data of any nature and in whatever medium of each of the Company and its Affiliates, and he shall not take with him any such property, documents or data or any reproduction thereof, or any documents containing or pertaining to any Confidential Information.

  • Return of Company Materials Upon the termination of this Agreement, or upon Company’s earlier request, Consultant will immediately deliver to the Company, and will not keep in Consultant’s possession, recreate, or deliver to anyone else, any and all Company property, including, but not limited to, Confidential Information, tangible embodiments of the Inventions, all devices and equipment belonging to the Company, all electronically-stored information and passwords to access such property, those records maintained pursuant to Section 3.D and any reproductions of any of the foregoing items that Consultant may have in Consultant’s possession or control.

  • Duration of processing and erasure or return of data Processing by the data importer shall only take place for the duration specified in Annex I.
