Return of Documentation and Confidentiality. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Confidentiality Agreement shall govern the return, destruction and confidentiality of all title, engineering, geological and geophysical data, environmental assessments and/or reports, maps and other information furnished by or on behalf of Seller to Buyer or prepared by or on behalf of Buyer in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Conveyed Interests.
