Common use of Return of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Return of Documentation. Upon termination of this Agreement, Buyer shall return to Seller all title, geological data, reports, contracts, and maps and other information furnished by Seller to Buyer and all copies thereof.

Return of Documentation. Upon termination of this Agreement, Buyer shall return to Seller all original (and destroy all copies of) title, engineering, geological and geophysical data, environmental assessments and reports, contracts, and maps and other information furnished by or on behalf of Seller to Buyer in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Companies, the Interests and all copies thereofthe Assets of the Companies, and an officer of Buyer shall certify same to Seller in writing.
