Common use of Return of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Return of Documentation. All Documentation remains the sole and exclusive property of the Company. If the Executive’s employment is terminated for any reason or the Company at any time requests it, the Executive must return to the Company or destroy all Documentation that is in the possession, power or control of the Executive, as directed by the Company.
