Common use of Return of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Return of Documentation. Following a termination in accordance with Section 7.03, the Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to return copies (or, to the extent provided, the originals) of all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments and other books and records of the Company provided by the Company to the Purchaser or any representatives of the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to return copies (or, to the extent provided, the originals) of all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments and other books and records of the Purchaser (or any of its Affiliates) provided by the Purchaser or any representative of the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Return of Documentation. Following a termination in accordance with Section 7.037.02, the Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to return copies (or, to the extent provided, the originals) of all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments and other books and records of the Company provided by the Company to the Purchaser or any representatives of the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Company shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to return copies (or, to the extent provided, the originals) of all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments and other books and records of the Purchaser (or any of its Affiliates) provided by the Purchaser or any representative of the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Return of Documentation. Following a termination in ----------------------- accordance with Section 7.038.02, the Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to return copies (or, to the extent provided, the originals) of all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments and other books and records of either of the Company Companies provided by the Company Companies to the Purchaser or any representatives of the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement Agreement, and the Company Shareholder shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to and shall cause each of the Companies to use their respective best efforts to return copies (or, to the extent provided, the originals) of all agreements, documents, contracts, instruments and other books and records of the Purchaser (or any of its Affiliates) provided by the Purchaser or any representative of the Purchaser in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
