Return of Documents and Confidentiality. On termination of this Agreement, Buyer shall return to Seller all title, engineering and other data, reports, maps and other information furnished by Seller or any Affiliates or Advisors of Seller to Buyer or prepared by or on behalf of Buyer in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Assets, together with all copies of the foregoing, and an officer of Buyer shall certify same to Seller in writing.
