Common use of Return of Documents and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Return of Documents and Equipment. Upon termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall forthwith deliver to the Company and return, and shall not retain, any originals and copies of any books, intellectual property, papers, customer or client contracts, documents and data or other writings, tapes or records of the Company, regardless of form, format or media, maintained by Executive or in Executive’s possession (all of the same are hereby agreed to be the property of the Company).
