Return of Documents, Equipment, Etc. Immediately upon the termination of this Agreement or whenever requested by the Company, Employee shall immediately deliver to Human Resources all property of the Company in Employee’s possession or under Employee’s control, including but not limited to all items listed above and all other records, files, lists, supplies, and personal property of the Company.
