Common use of Return of Information, Records, and Materials Clause in Contracts

Return of Information, Records, and Materials. 1. Employee agrees that upon the termination of Employee’s employment with Company or at the request of Company at any time, Employee will immediately deliver to Company all Company property, including without limitation all information, records, materials, and copies thereof in any form whatsoever, that are related in any way to Company or its business, or which are otherwise referred to in Sections I.A.5 and I.B. above.
