Common use of Return of Information Clause in Contracts

Return of Information. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Recipient shall return to Discloser or destroy all Information of Discloser in Recipient’s possession or control and permanently erase all electronic copies of such Information promptly upon the written request of Discloser. Recipient shall certify in writing signed by an officer of Recipient that it has fully complied with its obligations under this Section 11.4.

Return of Information. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, Recipient shall will return to Discloser or destroy all Information of Discloser in Recipient’s possession or control and permanently erase all electronic copies of such Information promptly upon the written request of Discloser. Recipient shall will certify in writing signed by an officer of Recipient that it has fully complied with its obligations under this Section 11.413.4.

Return of Information.
