Common use of Return of MCI Property Clause in Contracts

Return of MCI Property. All copies of any software, databases or documentation owned exclusively by MCI, or containing MCI Confidential Information, shall be returned to MCI immediately upon the termination of this Agreement, it being acknowledged that RMH may retain any software, databases or documentation exclusively owned by RMH, or licensed to RMH by an entity other than MCI, if all MCI Confidential Information is removed from the applicable software, databases and/or documentation.

Return of MCI Property.
