Return of Product and Materials Supplied by iRobot. Upon the effective date of expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, Kin Yat shall immediately deliver to iRobot or its designee all Product, Specifications, Components, packaging materials and other materials purchased by or on behalf of iRobot and all other materials or supplies provided by iRobot. Kin Yat shall also deliver to iRobot or its designee all Product produced hereunder, and shall invoice iRobot in accordance with the terms of Section 7.1.
