Common use of Return of Property Information Clause in Contracts

Return of Property Information. If this contract terminates for any reason, Buyer will, not later than 10 days after the termination date: (a) return to Seller all those items described in Paragraph 7D(1) that Seller delivered to Buyer and all copies that Buyer made of those items; and (b) deliver copies of all inspection and assessment reports related to the Property that Buyer completed or caused to be completed. This Paragraph 7D(2) survives termination of this contract.

Return of Property Information. If this contract terminates for any reason, Buyer willshall, not later than 10 days after the termination date: (a) return to Seller all those items described in Paragraph 7D(18D(1) that Seller delivered to Buyer and all copies that Buyer made of those items; and (b) deliver copies of all inspection and assessment reports related to the Property that Buyer completed or caused to be completed. completed pursuant to Paragraph 8C. This Paragraph 7D(28D(2) survives termination of this contract.

This Paragraph 7D(28D(2) survives termination of this contract.
