Common use of Return of Property Information Clause in Contracts

Return of Property Information. If this contract terminates for any reason, Buyer will, not later than 10 days after the termination date: (a) return to Seller all those items described in Paragraph 7D(1) that Seller delivered to Buyer and all copies that Buyer made of those items; and (b) deliver copies of all inspection and assessment reports related to the Property that Buyer completed or caused to be completed. This Paragraph 7D(2) survives termination of this contract.

Return of Property Information. If this contract terminates for any reason, Buyer will, not later than 10 days after the termination date: (ai) return to Seller all those items described in Paragraph 7D(17B(1) that Seller delivered to Buyer and all copies that Buyer made of those items; and (bii) deliver copies of all inspection and assessment reports (excluding economic feasibility studies) related to the Property that Buyer completed or caused to be completed. This Paragraph 7D(27B(4) survives termination of this contract.

This Paragraph 7D(28D(2) survives termination of this contract.

If this contract terminates for any reason, Buyer will, upon request, not later than 10 days after the termination date: (a) return to Seller Sellers all those items described in Paragraph 7D(18D(1) that Seller Sellers delivered to Buyer and all copies that Buyer made of those items; and (b) deliver copies of all inspection and assessment reports related to the Property Properties that Buyer completed or caused to be completed. This Paragraph 7D(28D(2) survives termination of this contract.
