Common use of Return of Property Records Clause in Contracts

Return of Property Records. At such time as this Agreement is terminated for any reason, CBL/OP shall return to Property Owner the copies of all of the Property Records delivered to CBL/OP by or on behalf of Property Owner, and CBL/OP shall destroy, and instruct all Permitted Outside Parties in writing to destroy, any and all copies CBL/OP or the Permitted Outside Parties have made of the Property Records.
