RETURN OF RECORDS/DECONVERSION. The Owner shall pay for the return of Student Loan records belonging to the Owner, upon termination of this Agreement or with respect to any particular Student Loan, to the extent provided for under Section 12.4 of the Agreement, at its own cost and expense, not to exceed $[**] per Student Loan file.
