Return of Records to City. At the City’s request, upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, all records of the Contractor related to the provision of Services hereunder, including public records as defined in the XXXX, and records produced or maintained in accordance with this Agreement, are to be returned to the City in a reasonable format and with an index as determined and requested by the City.
