Return of Records to Town. At the Town’s request, upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, all records of Adventure Fit related to the provision of Services hereunder, including public records as defined in the Colorado Open Records Act (“XXXX”), and records produced or maintained in accordance with this Agreement, are to be returned to the Town in a reasonable format and with an index as determined and requested by the Town.
