Return of Source Material. In the event of termination of this Agreement, SourceFile shall return any Source Material in its possession to Depositor forthwith. If SourceFile is unable to locate Depositor, after reasonable attempts to do so within 90 days from the date of termination of this Agreement, then SourceFile will destroy the Source Material.
