Return of Sponsor Confidential Information. Institution and Investigator agree and bind themselves, either immediately upon request of Sponsor or upon expiry or termination of this Agreement, to return all Sponsor Confidential Information to Sponsor, except for those documents generated by Institution or Investigator necessary to comply with applicable record retention requirements or procedures, but only to the extent required by Applicable Law, and all such retained documents will continue to be subject to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement.
