Common use of Return of Symetra Equipment Clause in Contracts

Return of Symetra Equipment. Unless a later return date is requested by Symetra, thirty (30) calendar days following any expiration or termination of this Agreement, ACS will return each item of Symetra-Owned Equipment and Symetra-Leased Equipment to Symetra (excluding those items of equipment that previously were replaced by ACS as described in Section 4.1.1) in substantially the same condition it was in when initially provided to ACS, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
