Common use of Return of System Clause in Contracts

Return of System. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, Customer, at its sole cost and expense, shall return the System and all Confidential Information as requested by TSG, in good repair, condition and working order, less normal and ordinary wear and tear, by delivering it to a common carrier selected and designated by TSG, F.O.B. the destination designated by TSG in writing.
