Installation and Delivery. Sabre will arrange for delivery of the Standard Equipment to the Site on the estimated installation date. Customer, at its expense, will be responsible for preparing, on or before the estimated installation date, the Site for the Standard Equipment in accordance with Sabre’s reasonable instructions. If the Site is not prepared Customer will pay Sabre’s reasonable expenses related to the attempted installation and the resulting delay in installation. Customer’s failure to prepare the Site or failure to allow Sabre to install the Standard Equipment on the date mutually agreed to will be deemed an event of default. Customer will at all times keep the Standard Equipment in its sole possession and control at the Site. Customer will not move any part of the Standard Equipment from the Site without first obtaining the written consent of Sabre. Such consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Customer will install or allow Sabre to install any upgrade to the Standard Equipment deemed necessary by Sabre and provided by Sabre at no charge to Customer as long as such upgrade does not materially impair Customer’s ability to access and use the Sabre System in the manner expressly permitted in the Agreement. Customer will not install any Standard Equipment itself unless given written permission from Sabre to do so.
Installation and Delivery. Lessee shall provide a suitable installation environment for the Equipment as specified in the applicable manufacturer's or vendor's manuals, and except as otherwise specified by the manufacturer or vendor, furnish all labor required for unpacking and placing each item of Equipment in the desired location. Lessee shall also be responsible for any delivery, rigging, destination and installation charges charged by the manufacturer or vendor with respect to the Equipment.
Installation and Delivery. 18.1.1 Without additional charge, and in accordance with the Specification, AVSA will cause the Manufacturer to provide for the installation of the Buyer Furnished Equipment.
18.1.2 AVSA will cause the Manufacturer to advise Northwest of the dates by which, in the planned release of engineering for an Aircraft, the Manufacturer reasonably requires a written detailed description of the dimensions and weight of Buyer Furnished Equipment for such Aircraft and information necessary for the installation and operation thereof, and Northwest will furnish such detailed description and information by the dates so specified. Such dimensions and weights will not thereafter be revised unless mutually agreed and set forth in an SCN.
18.1.3 AVSA will also cause the Manufacturer to furnish in sufficient time to Northwest a schedule of dates by and locations to which Buyer Furnished Equipment for such Aircraft must be delivered to the Manufacturer to permit installation in and delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with the delivery schedule referred to in Clause 9. Northwest will furnish such equipment to the Manufacturer at such locations by such dates. Northwest, at its own expense, will also furnish or cause to be present at the works where such Buyer Furnished Equipment is to be installed, when reasonably requested by the Manufacturer, field service representatives to provide the Manufacturer technical advice regarding the installation and calibration of Buyer Furnished Equipment.
Installation and Delivery. 18.1.1 Without additional charge, and in accordance with the Specification, as it may be revised prior to Delivery, the Seller will cause the Manufacturer to provide for the installation of the Buyer Furnished Equipment, provided that such are referred to in the Manufacturer’s BFE catalogue of approved suppliers and products (as such may be revised from time to time).
18.1.2 The Seller will cause the Manufacturer to advise the Buyer of the dates by which, in the planned release of engineering for an Aircraft, the Manufacturer reasonably requires a written detailed description of the dimensions and weight of Buyer Furnished Equipment for such Aircraft and information necessary for the installation and operation thereof, and the Buyer will furnish such detailed description and information by the dates so specified. 18.1.3 The Seller will also cause the Manufacturer to furnish in due time to the Buyer a schedule of dates by and locations to which Buyer Furnished Equipment for such Aircraft must be delivered to the Manufacturer to permit installation in and Delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with the Delivery schedule referred to in Clause 9. The Buyer will furnish such equipment to the Manufacturer at such locations by such dates. The Buyer, at no cost to the Seller, will also furnish or cause to be present at the works where such Buyer Furnished Equipment is to be installed, when requested by the Manufacturer, field service representatives to provide the Manufacturer technical advice regarding the installation and calibration of Buyer Furnished Equipment.
Installation and Delivery. 20.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client will himself be fully responsible for the hardware, software and network environments, as well as for the installation of the Applications installed on premise.
20.2 Akkermans & Partners will provide Support for the installation of the Applications, but is at all times entitled to charge costs for this in accordance with Article 22.
20.3 The choice, purchase and management of these hardware, software and network environments is the sole and full responsibility of the Client. Akkermans & Partners will provide instructions on the desired configuration and network environment. If the designated environment does not meet the requirements of Akkermans & Partners, Akkermans & Partners will not be responsible for any failure to function of the Applications.
20.4 If necessary for the Support, the Client will, at the request of Akkermans & Partners, grant employees and auxiliary persons of Akkermans & Partners every possible access to the environment to enable installation, configuration, maintenance of and adjustments to the Applications. Physical access to hardware will only occur if this is necessary, and only after prior consultation with the Client.
Installation and Delivery. Without additional charge, and in accordance with the Specifications, the Seller will cause the Manufacturer to provide for the installation of the Buyer Furnished Equipment.
