Common use of Return of the Bike Clause in Contracts

Return of the Bike. If the Bike is to be returned to Bolt Bikes due to termination, you and Bolt Bikes will agree an end date (“End Date”). The End Date must not be less than seven (7) days from the date of the termination notice, unless Bolt Bikes has consented in writing to an assignment or Bolt Bikes has terminated the agreement for non-payment, in which case the End Date will be set out in the notice. On or before the End Date, you must return the Bike:
