RETURN OF UNSUCCESSFUL XXXXXXX’ ESCROWED DOCUMENTS. If the Contract is not awarded to the apparent successful Bidder, the Escrowed Documents will be returned to that Bidder and the next Bidder to be considered for award shall submit Escrowed Documents as provided by this Section.
