Successful Bidder. The responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive Bid.
Successful Bidder is bound to supply the full ordered quantities of all the desired brands except those, which are actually not available in the market.
Successful Bidder. A. Within ten (10) days after the closing date for the posting, the Management Designee in each Center shall post a notice stating the successful bidder and seniority date. The senior qualified bidder meeting the qualification standards established for the position shall be designated the “successful bidder.”
B. The successful bidder must be placed in the new assignment within twenty-one (21) days. The local agreement may set a shorter period.
C. When the duty assignment requires special qualifications, and the senior bidder is qualified on these special qualifications, assign the senior bidder in compliance with B., above. If there is a question that the senior bidder does not possess these special qualifications when the posting period is closed, permanent filling of the assignment shall be deferred until the senior bidder has an opportunity for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, to prove possession of the special qualifications.
D. Normally, the successful bidder shall work the duty assignment as posted.
Successful Bidder. 1. Withinten (10) days aftertheclosing date of the posting, the installation head shall post a notice stating the name and seniority of the successful bidder. The senior qualified bidder meeting the qualification standards established for that position or the best qualified selection, if applicable, shall be designated the “successful” bidder.
2. The successful bidder must be placed in the new assignment no later than twenty-eight (28) days after the date of notification of selection as provided in E.1. above.

Successful Bidder. The Bidder submitting the lowest and most responsive Bid to whom City makes an Award.
Successful Bidder. 1. Within ten (10) days after the closing date of the bid, local management shall post a notice stating the successful bidder and seniority date. The senior qualified bidder meeting the qualification standards established for the position shall be designated the “successful bidder.”
2. The successful bidder must be placed in the new assignment as soon as practicable, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the announcement of the successful bidder.
3. Normally, the successful bidder shall work the duty assignment as posted. Unless unusual circumstances exist (and the Union is advised), employees will not be required to work in another installation except on a voluntary basis. However, the parties understand that Operating Services employees may be assigned temporarily to work at Headquarters related facilities in the area.
Successful Bidder. (b)(1). Within ten (10) days after the closing date of the notice for bids, the installation head shall post a notice stating the successful bidder.
Successful Bidder. It is one of the Qualified Bidders that, according to the statement made by the PROINVERSIÓN COMMITTEE, has submitted the best TECHNICAL PROPOSAL in the BID, under the terms and conditions established in the BIDDING TERMS and therefore has been the winner of the BID.
Successful Bidder. An individual who is a successful bidder into a new position will be on probation in the new position for a three (3) month period and subject to removal from that position and return to their former position by the City at any time during the probationary period due solely to not being able to satisfactorily perform the duties of the position. Prior to the City removing the Employee from the position, there shall be a meeting between the City, the Employee and the Union, to discuss the issues regarding the Employee’s inability to satisfactorily perform the job duties; in addition there will be a good faith effort by the parties to assist the Employee with the issues affecting their ability to satisfactorily perform the job duties, if possible. The Employee can voluntarily return to their former position at any time during the first ten (10) working days in the new job. Any Employee who exercises their right to return to their former position may not bid on another opening for a twelve (12) month period.
Successful Bidder. For the purposes of this Agreement the highest bidder is deemed to be the successful bidder and the purchaser of the lot. In the event of a dispute arising out of the identity of the highest bidder, the Auctioneer’s records shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence, and the Auctioneer, in his sole discretion, may decide who is the successful bidder, or elect to reopen the bidding, and the Auctioneer’s decision is final.
