Return of Unused Funds. If the Recipient does not use any part of the Project Funding, or it becomes unable to complete the Project because it ceases to exist or cease operating or for any other reason, it must notify the Grantor immediately and the Grantor will be entitled to repayment of all unspent funds within 21 days of such notification.
