Common use of Return or Deletion of Customer Data Clause in Contracts

Return or Deletion of Customer Data. 13.1. Upon termination or expiration of the TOS and/or Agreement, MailerLite shall, at Customer's request, delete or return to Customer all Customer Data in its possession or control. This requirement shall not apply to the extent MailerLite is required by applicable law to retain some or all of the Customer Data, or to Customer Data it has archived on backup systems, which Customer Data MailerLite shall securely isolate and protect from any further processing, except to the extent required by applicable law.
