Return Requirements. Ordering entity shall coordinate returns with the Contractor. Upon notification by the ordering entity of a duplicate shipment, over-shipment or shipment in poor condition, the products must be promptly removed at the contractor and/or dealer’s expense. Ordering entities reserve the right to return products for defects in material and/or workmanship. In the event of product return, the ordering entity reserves the right to accept either a full refund for the returned product or a replacement of the product.
Return Requirements. (a) Unless Lessee shall have sold such Equipment pursuant to Section 21 or exercised its Purchase Option or Expiration Date Purchase Option or exercised its right of substitution with respect thereto pursuant to Section 30, Lessee shall, upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Term with respect to each Unit, surrender and transfer such Unit to Lessor, at Lessee's own expense, free and clear of all Liens other than the following items set forth under the definition of Permitted Exceptions: (i), (ii), (iv), (v) (provided that Lessee shall pay to Lessor, on or before such transfer, any portion of such Taxes referred to in clause (v) to the extent relating to a period prior to the date of such transfer) and (vi), in as good condition as they were on the Lease Commencement Date with respect to each Unit, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and in compliance with all Legal Requirements (including all Environmental Laws) and the other requirements of this Lease, including, without limitation, Section 10.1 (and in any event without (x) any asbestos installed or maintained in any part of such Equipment, (y) any polychlorinated byphenyls (PCBs) in, on or used with respect to such Equipment, and (z) any other Hazardous Substances). Unless Lessee has exercised the Purchase Option or the Expiration Date Purchase Option, Lessee shall provide, or cause to be provided or accomplished, at the sole cost and expense of Lessee, to or for the benefit of Lessor or a purchaser, at least thirty (30) Business Days prior to the expiration or earlier termination of the Term with respect to each Unit, each of the following: (i) a Lien search showing (A) no Liens other than the type set forth as clauses (A) and (B) in the first sentence of this Section 10.2(a) and (B) the Security Agreement as creating a valid and perfected first security interest in the Equipment; (ii) an assignment of all of the Lessee's right, title and interest in and to each agreement executed by Lessee in connection with the renovation, development, use, maintenance or operation of the Equipment (including all warranty, performance, service and indemnity provisions); (iii) an assignment of all permits, licenses, approvals and other authorizations from all Governmental Authorities in connection with the operation and use of the Equipment; and (iv) copies of all books and records, with respect to the renovation, maintenance, repair, operation or use of the Equipment. Return Requirements. A faculty member who has taken an internship shall be required to return to his/her college for at least one (1) academic semester if paid for four (4) weeks or more for an internship. If the faculty member refuses to do so, the faculty member will be required to repay the stipend that was paid by the Employer during the internship unless the Chancellor or designee chooses to waive this requirement because of special circumstances. The repayment shall be completed no later than the beginning of the academic semester that the faculty member was expected to return. If a report of activities was required in the approval process for the internship then the faculty member shall submit a written report of the activities undertaken during the internship.

Return Requirements. If a Buyer Purchasing Party wishes to return Licensed Products to Seller, whether as a result of rejection pursuant to Section 4.4, withdrawal or recall pursuant to Section 9.5, or failure of Licensed Products to conform to the Product Warranty in Section 9.3, it shall request a Return Authorization (“RA”) number from Seller. Any Licensed Products returned to Seller by a Buyer Purchasing Party as authorized under this Agreement shall: (a) be shipped, properly insured, freight prepaid, DDP (per Incoterms 2010) to Seller’s facility or such other location as Seller may designate in writing, at the expense of the responsible Party pursuant to Section 4.4, 9.3, or 9.5, as applicable, (b) packed in its original packing material or the equivalent with the RA number prominently displayed, and (c) include any reasonable documentation or information requested by Seller. Seller may refuse to accept returns of any Licensed Products not packed and shipped as provided in this Section 4.6.

Return Requirements. If the Concession Period (TML) expires or is terminated, and no supplemental service concession agreement is entered into for the Shatin to Central Link, the Company shall, at no cost to KCRC, redeliver possession of the TML concession property (which, for the avoidance of doubt, excludes such parts of the TML that were previously known as MOSR or West Rail).
