RETURN STATUS. Upon return from full-year sabbatical leave, the professional employee shall: Be placed at a salary level, on the Salary Schedule, commensurate with the additional year of service and any degree status change. Be returned to the same position which s/he held at the time his/her leave commenced, if available, or, if not available, to an equivalent position insofar as this is possible.
RETURN STATUS. An employee who is granted a leave under the provisions of this Agreement will be entitled to compensation based on any negotiated wage and fringe benefit changes that took effect during the leave period. An employee on leave of absence shall retain whatever seniority he or she held when the leave started but shall not accumulate seniority during the leave.
RETURN STATUS. An employee who is granted a leave under the provisions of this Article shall be entitled to compensation based on any negotiated wage and fringe benefit increases which took effect during the leave period. During any leave of absence, group insurance premiums shall continue to be paid by VSC for one (1) year; such coverage may be extended at the discretion of the President. Employees taking a leave of absence not in excess of one (1) year shall retain their seniority status in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
RETURN STATUS. At the expiration of the Term for such Aircraft, such Aircraft shall be in the same operating order, repair and condition as originally delivered to Lessee, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and shall have been maintained in a non-discriminatory manner with all other Boeing 767-200 aircraft in Lessee’s fleet and shall be in a sufficient condition to clear the Aircraft for 12 months of operation before a scheduled “C” check. Any exemptions granted by the FAA to the Aircraft or records with respect to the FAR’s shall be corrected to be in compliance with the full intent of the appropriate FAR’s.
RETURN STATUS. Upon return from a leave of absence, a teacher shall be appointed whenever possible to the same position and grade level in which he/she served prior to the leave, or to a substantially equivalent position.
RETURN STATUS. Teachers who return to work at the expiration of a childcare or adoption leave shall be returned to their same positions or to one which is reasonably comparable.
