Personal Days. Employee shall be entitled to three (3) personal days annually, pro-rated for any partial year of employment, the unused portion of which shall accumulate as sick days.
Personal Days. Teachers covered by this agreement shall be entitled to two (2) personal days per year with pay and each year thereafter. Teachers who first become eligible for personal days on or after July 1 of a calendar year shall receive only one (1) day for the year instead of two (2). Except where operational needs require otherwise, these teachers shall be entitled to take these personal leave days at times of their choice. Except in cases of personal emergency five (5) days’ notice to the employee’s supervisor shall be required prior to the use of personal leave days. These personal leave days shall not be carried forward from year to year unless the teacher is denied his/her personal leave day because of operational needs.

Personal Days. An employee may use a maximum of two (2) earned sick leave days per calendar year for personal business reasons, subject to prior mutual agreement. Personal Business days must be used within the calendar year earned.
Personal Days. During each year of employment, up to seven (7) days of annual leave may be taken without notice, although notice should be given, where possible, of the intent to use any annual leave days.
Personal Days. Upon request to the College, three (3) days of personal leave of absence without loss of pay shall be granted to an Employee. This request shall be made, if possible, two (2) days before the commencement of the leave or as soon as possible. Entitlement of personal leave days shall expire at the end of each Employee's contract year. Faculty will make a good faith attempt to meet classes during the first week of the semester.
Personal Days. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to the number of personal days per year as may be prescribed from time to time pursuant to the Company’s human resources policies.
Personal Days. The Employee shall receive three (3) personal days per year which may not be carried over. Unused personal days shall be forfeited. The Employee shall receive no additional emergency days, as any emergency should be reasonably covered as a sick, holiday, bereavement, legal or personal day, in accordance with paragraphs I, J, K, L & M.a above.
