Return to Teaching Duties. 1. Subject to the notice and other requirements set out in Article VII, H, 2, the teacher may resume teaching duties at such time as in the opinion of the teacher and the teacher's physician that the teacher is able to resume teaching. The school corporation will require the certificate from the teacher’s physician to this effect and may be required to complete a fitness for duty exam.
