Returned Convenience Check Fee. A fee will be charged if we return a check drawn against your account for any reason. The amount of this fee will be up to $25 or the amount of the check that is returned, rounded down to the nearest xxxxx. • Convenience Check Stop Payment Fee. A fee of $25 will be charged for each stop payment request on a check drawn against your account, whether or not we actually stop payment. • Pay-by-Phone Fee. A fee of $10 will be charged if you request us to electronically debit your deposit or other account for a payment on the Account involving an expedited service by a customer service representative.

  • Returned Check Fee Checks returned by the payer’s bank (for insufficient funds, closed account, stop payments, etc.) must be redeemed in cash, money order or cashier’s check for the full amount plus $30.00 service fee.

  • RETURNED CHECKS (NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS) If the Tenant pays the Rent with a check that bounces due to insufficient funds: (check one) ☐ - The Tenant will be required to pay a fee of $ per incident. ☐ - The Tenant will NOT be required to pay a fee.

  • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.

  • Returned Payment Fee If your account is subject to a Returned Payment Fee, the fee will be charged to your account when a payment is returned for any reason.

  • Termination for Convenience of City The City shall have the right at any time by written notice to Contractor to terminate and cancel this contract, without cause, for the convenience of the City, and Contractor shall immediately stop work. In such event City shall not be liable to Contractor except for payment for actual work performed prior to such notice in an amount proportionate to the completed contract price and for the actual costs of preparations made by Contractor for the performance of the cancelled portions of the contract, including a reasonable allowance of profit applicable to the actual work performed and such preparations. Anticipatory profits and consequential damages shall not be recoverable by Contractor.

  • Headings for Convenience Only The division of this Agreement into articles and sections is for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of this Agreement.

  • EXCLUDING YOURSELF FROM THE SETTLEMENT If you don’t want a payment from the Settlement and you want to keep your right, if any, to bring a lawsuit or arbitration against the defendant over the matters at issue in this case, then you must take steps to get out of the Settlement. This is called excluding yourself from—or “opting out” of—the settlement class.
