The above disclosures must be made on all copies of Sales Drafts or invoices in each case in letters approximately 1/4" high and, with respect to all Sales Drafts and all invoices requiring a signature, in close proximity to the space provided for the Cardholder's signature. Any change in Merchant's return, cancellation or adjustment policies must be submitted in writing to Bank not less than 14 days prior to the change and approved by Bank, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
