Revenue Contract. This is a revenue contract. The County shall not be responsible for any payments to Contractor for the good/services provided to the County hereunder. Contractor payments to the County shall be made in accordance with Attachment C “Revenue Sharing and Cost Recoupment.” Payments made to the County shall not preclude the right of the County from thereafter disputing any items or services involved or billed under this Contract and shall not be construed as acceptance of any part of the services.
