Common use of Revenue Earned Clause in Contracts

Revenue Earned. If the Recipient earns any interest as a consequence of any advance payment of the Contribution or earns any revenue from all or part of the activities supported by the Contribution, other than that interest or revenue which is used to pay for all or part of the Eligible Costs incurred by the Recipient during the Project, the Minister may in the Minister’s absolute discretion reduce the Contribution by all or by such portion of the revenue as deemed appropriate.
