Common use of Revenues and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Revenues and Expenses. 2.K.1. Gross revenue – (a) proceeds from the sale, lease, transfer, or other conveyance by the University of an invention or work; and, (b) license issue fees, option fees, running royalties, and equity interests (Sec. C.3.E.4) paid to the University by a licensee of an invention or work.
