Common use of Reversion of Part-Time Teachers Clause in Contracts

Reversion of Part-Time Teachers. a) Part-time teachers who are reclassified as full-time teachers for purposes of this article shall have their step on the Basic Salary Schedule reverted to the step on which they would be placed had they been full-time since the commencement of employment.
