Reversion Product Obligations. In the event this Jounce Lead Co-Co Agreement is terminated by Celgene pursuant to Section 8.2 or by Jounce Pursuant to Section 8.3, 8.4, or 8.5 , then Celgene shall comply with Section 8.7.
