Review and Amendment. 37. The Participants may reassess the functioning and effectiveness of the cooperation and information exchange under this MoU, and amend this MoU if deemed necessary. 38. Any amendment to this MoU requires the mutual consent of the Participants and will be made in writing, unless otherwise agreed upon. Updates of the contact list in the Annex will not be considered as a formal amendment and will not require a written agreement of the Participants, but will be communicated between the Participants.
