Review and Performance Monitoring. a. The Contractor shall provide DDDS access to inspect the Contractor’s workspace and/or computer to ensure confidentiality and security of claims folders and equipment is maintained; and b. DDDS will review the Contractor's performance based on the criteria outlined in Section 8 above (Statement of Work).
