Common use of Review and Revocation Period Clause in Contracts

Review and Revocation Period. Executive has been given [twenty-one (21)/ forty-five (45)] calendar days to consider the terms of this Release, although Executive may sign it at any time sooner. Executive has seven (7) calendar days after the date on which Executive executes this Release for purposes of the ADEA Release to revoke Executive’s consent to the ADEA Release.
