Common use of Review and Termination Clause in Contracts

Review and Termination. 6.1 This MOU will commence on the Commencement Date and will remain in force in accordance with this section. 6.2 Within 12 months of the Commencement Date of the MOU, the parties will undertake a review of the Police and Crime Plan and of the services provided and of the MOU to ensure that the MOU is sufficient to cover all of the areas concerned. 6.3 The MOU is subject to review on a change in either of the corporations sole. 6.4 Either party may terminate the MOU by giving 3 months notice to the other party that they wish to withdraw from the arrangements. 6.5 Any notice given under this MOU by either party must be in writing and may be delivered personally, or sent by e-mail. Notice will be deemed to have been given on the same day. 6.6 Notices will be delivered or sent to the addresses of the parties as given at the head of this MOU or to any other address notified in writing by any party to the other parties for the purpose of receiving notices after the commencement date of this MOU. 6.7 No variation to this MOU shall be effective unless in writing signed by duly authorised representatives of each of the parties.
