Common use of Review by Director Clause in Contracts

Review by Director. If the Consultant desires a review of the Project Manager’s decision, then the Consultant shall promptly request in writing that MaineDOT’s Director of the applicable Bureau of Office review the Project Manager’s decision. The Director or its designee(s) shall promptly notify the Consultant in writing of the result of the review.

The Director (or its designee(sdesignee) shall promptly notify the Consultant in writing of the result of the review.
