Review by Division Manager. The Division Manager will review and respond to the submittals within fourteen (14) calendar days. Checking and/or approval of submittals will be for general conformance with the design concept of the project and compliance with the information given in the Contract Documents, and will not include verification of quantities, detailed dimensions, nor adjustments of dimensions to actual field conditions. Approval shall not be construed as permitting any departure from Contract requirements, authorizing any increase in price or time for completion or relieving the Contractor of the responsibility for any error in details, dimensions, or otherwise that may exist.
