Review by Superintendent Clause Samples

The 'Review by Superintendent' clause establishes the requirement for the superintendent or a designated authority to examine and approve certain aspects of a project, such as work progress, materials, or compliance with specifications. In practice, this means that before moving forward with specific phases or making payments, the contractor must submit relevant documentation or completed work for the superintendent's assessment. This clause ensures that the project adheres to agreed standards and timelines, providing an oversight mechanism to catch errors or deficiencies early and maintain quality control throughout the project.
