Common use of Review Clause Clause in Contracts

Review Clause. No later than five years after the entry into force of this Agreement, the Community and South Africa shall consider further steps in the process of liberalisation of their reciprocal trade. For this purpose, a review shall be undertaken of, in particular but not exclusively, the customs duties applicable to products listed in Annex II, list 5, Annex III, lists 5 and 6, Annex IV, lists 5, 6 and 7, Annex V, lists 1, 2, 3 and 4, Annex VI, lists 4 and 5 and Annex VII.
