National law. The activities of Community vessels operating in São ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be governed by the applicable law in São Tomé and Príncipe, unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, this Pro- tocol and the Annex and Appendices hereto.

National law. The activities of Community vessels operating in Gabonese waters shall be governed by the applicable law in Gabon, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Protocol and the Annex and Appendices thereto.
